Greg is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Guernsey Holdings, where he oversees transaction execution and underwriting, financial strategy, capital allocation, and portfolio-level performance.
He brings 20+ years of experience in restaurant M&A, financing, and capital raising, with a proven track record of structuring and executing complex transactions. Greg plays a key role in aligning capital strategy with operational execution to drive sustainable growth across the platform.
Greg holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and is a CFA Charterholder. He also serves on the Sonic Insurance Advisory Council.
Reed is a Partner and Vice President at Guernsey Holdings, where he leads investment evaluation, real estate strategy, and oversees the firm’s real estate portfolio.
He brings extensive experience across real estate, finance, and restaurant investing, with a strong track record in executing transactions and shaping platform-level strategy. Reed has been involved in over $7 billion of commercial real estate transaction volume.

Prior to Guernsey, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Rockefeller Capital Management and interned at Trian Fund Management. Harrison graduated summa cum laude from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Finance and Classics.
Nelson is the Investor & Operations Manager at Guernsey Holdings, where he supports investor relations, operational initiatives, and administrative execution across the firm’s growing restaurant portfolio.
He brings nearly 15 years of experience in investment management and retail banking, with a strong foundation in financial analysis, banking operations, and process optimization. Nelson plays a key role in supporting investor communications and driving operational efficiency across the platform.

Lauren is a Controller at Guernsey Holdings, where she oversees financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance, including internal controls across the firm and its portfolio companies.
She brings extensive experience across diverse industries, with a strong background in accounting, financial management, and process oversight. Lauren plays a key role in ensuring accurate reporting and maintaining financial discipline across the platform.
Lauren holds bachelor’s degrees from Northern Arizona University and Western Governors University, as well as a master’s degree in Accounting from Western Governors University. She is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
Chris serves as the Junior Controller at Guernsey Holdings. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge. Prior to joining Guernsey, Chris built his career at both a nationally recognized public accounting firm and a boutique CPA firm in Agoura Hills, CA. With over 11 years of experience, he has played a key role in business management, tax planning, and tax preparation for small businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and large corporations across a range of industries. Chris also brings a strong passion for process development and takes pride in supporting strategic decision-making.
Outside of work, Chris is a dedicated fan of Los Angeles sports and enjoys spending time with his wife and young son. Together, they love going to the beach, watching movies, and cooking as a family.
Matt is an Assistant Controller at Guernsey Holdings, where he supports accounting, financial reporting, and day-to-day financial operations across the firm and its portfolio.
He brings experience in restaurant accounting and finance, including over four years with Flynn Group, and plays a key role in supporting accurate reporting and operational efficiency.
Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
